Destruction of Tara
While an MEP explains the doubtful legality of the construction work taking place at Tara, Revolt Video get the workers on film, engaging in activities of even more doubtful legality. The guardians of the peace wade in and arrest 7 protestors, including a professor of specializing in Archaology at the University of Maynooth who had presented them with a letter from the EU commission.

The seven arrested are still before the courts.Including Revolt Video camera person charged with assault !
The 7 were arrested as part of "Operation Bedrock" .Defense council requested full disclosure of the details of operation. Police have persistently refused to give discloser stating that the information was "privileged" .In an action breaching the constitution which states that cases must be dealt with in public, the presiding judge has requested to look at the information in private.
